This episode is all about young college students who spend spring break in Miami, partying hard. Sean plays the owner of a business called "Babes on Break", making and selling video tapes of young girls showing off what they've got. When Horatio and his team find out about Carson's not-so-lily-white past, he becomes a suspect for murder after a young female is found dead on the beach with bitemarks on her thighs.
